Project Scope

Located between the Schuylkill River and Manayunk Canal in Philadelphia, The Locks is a 60-unit luxury townhome community offering waterfront views and walkable access to Main Street. Designed to blend modern living with Manayunk’s urban charm, The Locks needed a digital presence that could highlight its location, lifestyle, and architectural appeal. Our team was brought in to build brand awareness and connect with prospective buyers through compelling content and targeted campaigns. I led social media execution and creative direction, bringing the community to life across platforms through visuals, voice, and engagement.
