Me, Myself & The Happiness Project

I've been learning some things lately. Both through the book I'm reading called "The Happiness Project" but also through my own experiences and thoughts. I've been mulling over the fact that I have been spending a lot of time on social media lately. Like, an embarrassingly ridiculous amount of time. So, I've been consciously trying to spend my time reading, bettering myself or learning something new.
I'm also starting to dig this habit of morning coffee paired with a blog post, aka brain dump. There is something so comforting about writing and getting thoughts out into reality. Plus, once you get something off your mind, you are more able to focus on the things that really matter to you instead of honing over something that you're probably unnecessary beating yourself up for.
Change and growth take time, but the reward makes every trial worth it. Also, I highly recommend you guys pick up a copy of this book. I've been utilizing the author's wisdom, advice and tips to transform the environment around me, my thoughts and how I see my life. It may bring similar joy into your life as well.
